How to Care for Your Permanent Jewelry
Clean with Water
You can use a gentle toothbrush, dish soap and pat dry. Clean often.
Avoid Harsh Chemical
Excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals will require cleaning more often.
Removing
If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason (medical procedures, MRI, etc.), cut the jump ring with scissors, wire cutters or nail clippers. We offer 1 free re-weld within the first year. A small fee may be charged beyond that.
Repairs and Accidental Breakage
We use durable, high quality materials that are made to last and stay with you. If your chain breaks at the specific weld point within the first year, we will re-weld it at no cost to you
However if your chain breaks due to excessive force, snagging, or accidental damage, it will be subject to a $25 repair fee
